Shipping Service Level Agreement

If we receive your order before 2:00 PM PST (Monday–Friday), we will pack and hand your order to the carrier the same day.

Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping service you select at checkout (e.g., Ground, 2-Day, Overnight). Once the package is handed to the carrier, delivery speed and transit time are the responsibility of the carrier.

Shipping & Delivery Information

  • Delivery Time = Fulfillment Time + Transit Time
  • Fulfillment Time: The time it takes for us to pack your order and hand it off to the shipping carrier.
  • Transit Time: The time it takes for the carrier to deliver the package to your address after pickup.

We offer $4.99 flat rate shipping on orders over $150 USD shipping within the continental United States. Please note: Bulk items do not qualify for this offer. Examples of bulk items include cases and gallon-sized products. We reserve the right to modify or revoke this offer at any time.

Bulk Items

  • Bulk items are defined as any liquid gallon or case items such as cases of gloves or gallons of green soap.
  • Bulk items cannot be shipped by Air (example Next Day or 2 Day service)

First-Time Orders: Billing & Shipping Address Verification

For your protection, first-time orders with different billing and shipping addresses will require additional verification.

  • This may include:
  • Contacting you via phone or email
  • Confirming card ownership
  • A small verification charge (refundable) for identity confirmation
  • If we’re unable to verify the information, the order may be placed on hold or canceled.

Route Package Protection Policy

Route Package Protection is an optional service that covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If Route is removed at checkout, the order is not covered for these issues, and claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

For orders with Route protection:

  • Route will handle and resolve any lost, stolen, or damaged package claims.

  • Customers must submit claims through the Route app or website.

For orders without Route protection:

  • Element Tattoo Supply is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

What Is the Continental U.S.?

The “continental United States” includes the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.

It excludes:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)

Shipping to Hawaii & Alaska

We do not offer free shipping to these locations, but we’ve negotiated excellent 2-day FedEx rates.

Shipping Locations

We ship orders from two primary locations:

  • Garden Grove, California

  • Nashville, Tennessee

Orders are fulfilled and shipped based on the closest product availability to the delivery address. This helps us reduce shipping times and get your order to you as quickly as possible.

We offer Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) service for Canada and Mexico.

This means duties and import taxes are collected at checkout, so there are no surprises on delivery.

All Other International Shipments

Customers are responsible for any import fees, such as VAT, duties, and customs clearance charges, at the time of delivery.

Shipping to PO Boxes

  • Some products may not be eligible for delivery to PO boxes due to size, weight, or supplier and carrier restrictions.

Shipping Cost Policy
Please note that shipping costs are never refundable. Once an order has been shipped, the carrier’s service and transit times are outside of our control. For this reason, any shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable, even if the order qualifies for a return, exchange, or cancellation.
